The successful candidate will efficiently manage sales orders, ensuring top-notch accuracy and speed in order entry, tracking, and fulfillment to meet customer expectations. The Sales Coordinator will work in tandem with our sales teams to prepare conviction sales proposals, dynamic presentations, and concise documentation. This role plays a crucial part in the development and execution of sales strategies intending to meet and exceed targets.
Applicants should possess the following:
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel for data tracking purposes
Exemplary communication and team collaboration skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
Ability to develop compelling proposals and presentations
Strong capability in handling sensitive and confidential information

Processing sales orders efficiently and accurately
Tracking sales orders and ensuring timely delivery according to customer's expectations
Working with the sales teams for the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and documentation
Assisting in the formulation and execution of sales strategies to attain set targets
The successful candidate must be willing to work in our San Francisco office and potentially work irregular working hours depending on business needs.
