Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

We are currently on the hunt for a results-driven Facilities Coordinator to join our team at EcoSpace Innovations. This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all areas of facility maintenance and repairs, vendor management, and space management. The ideal candidate should be ready to roll up their sleeves, have a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Facilities Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing and coordinating the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural elements.
Scheduling and supervising routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
Addressing urgent maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
Managing relationships and contracts with external vendors and service providers and monitoring their service quality.
Overseeing the scheduling and completion of external services, such as cleaning, landscaping, and security.
Coordinating office moves, space planning, and facilities rearrangement.
Managing inventory of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and overseeing their maintenance and replacement as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Potential candidates should have:

Strong knowledge of facility systems and operations.
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Proven experience with space management and office moves.
Problem-solving skills along with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Outstanding communication skills.

Required Experience:

A minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role is required for the position.

Additional Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to respond to urgent facility issues as needed.
