Responsibilities and Duties
As our Engineering Director, you will be responsible for:

Mentoring, developing, and directing the engineering team
Building relationships and working closely with other department heads, executives, and board members

Qualifications and Skills
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering. A master’s degree would be a bonus
Vast experience in an engineering leadership role
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Capability to devise and implement comprehensive engineering plans
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong project management skills
