Job Title: Company Associate
We’re on the hunt for an on-the-ball and solution-driven Company Associate to bolster our IT support team. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, assist in the orchestration of IT solutions, and partner with our team to navigate the choppy waters of tech glitches and upgrades.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
To be deemed suitable for this role, you should have a:

Minimum Associate Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Solid understanding of IT systems and applications

Experience
Ideally, you've already dipped your toes in the waters of IT support and have 2 or more years of relevant experience in the field. You've dealt with troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and have a sound understanding of IP networking and computer systems.
Additional Requirements
Any certifications related to IT systems will serve as extra arrows in your quiver. Evening or weekend shifts might become necessary from time to time.
