A great opportunity has arisen for an organized and dedicated individual to join Urban Oasis Hospitality as a Hotel Sales Coordinator. This role is central to our sales operations. The chosen candidate will work closely with our sales team to prepare for client meetings, manage sales materials, administer the CRM database, and assist in event coordination.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Working as a Hotel Sales Coordinator at Urban Oasis Hospitality, your main tasks would include:

Assisting the sales team by preparing for client meetings and presentations
Serving as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring clear communication between clients and sales team
Proposing, organizing, and facilitating sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and client communications in the CRM database
Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities
Managing the sales office, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing files
