Fundraising Coordinator Job Description
Job Title: Fundraising Coordinator
CapitalBoost Ventures seeks a Fundraising Coordinator to spearhead activities related to fundraising strategy development and execution, event planning and management, as well as grant writing. As the Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a central role in sustaining and expanding our financial resources to aid in our overall mission.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and execute annual fundraising plans in tandem with the Fundraising Manager.

Identify and nurture new donors while upholding relationships with current contributors.

Coordinate and manage fundraising events, ensuring smooth execution and meeting revenue goals.

Collaborate with volunteers and staff to plan and execute events.

Research and pinpoint grant opportunities, and take charge of writing, submitting, and following up on grant proposals.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

Prior experience in a fundraising role is an asset.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

Ability to write persuasive grant proposals.

Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment.
