Job Title: Staff Associate, Client Support

This role is integral to the maintenance and enhancement of client relationships, project coordination, and administrative support. As a Staff Associate, you will work directly with clients, project managers, and team members, ensuring the smooth and successful completion of different projects.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Providing responsive and personable direct support to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Communicating effectively with clients using various channels: phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Working closely with project managers and team members to coordinate project activities including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Monitoring project timelines and providing project status updates to stakeholders.

Maintaining organized records and documentation related to projects and client interactions.

Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as requested.

Managing scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ideal candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a relevant field, with a minimum of two years of related experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools and a solid understanding of project management principles will also be necessary.
