Responsibilities and Duties:
The Executive Associate's principal duties include but are not limited to:
Scheduling and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and conferences for the executive.
Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to streamline meeting logistics.
Optimizing the executive's daily schedule proactively to boost time and productivity.
Arranging and coordinating travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visas.
Preparing travel expense reports and ensuring timely reimbursement.
Managing and responding to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
Drafting, proofreading, and editing communication materials such as memos, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications and Skills:
