We at UrbanX Logistics, are currently searching for an HR Associate who is experienced in Recruitment and Onboarding to join our team. We seek an individual who can facilitate seamless recruiting, onboarding processes and handle benefits administration.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews as part of the recruitment process.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have all necessary documents, equipment and resources.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and digital records.

Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

Assist employees with benefits inquiries and provide support during open enrollment periods.

Collaborate with the HR team to administer employee benefits programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least two years’ experience in a similar role. They should have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professional integrity. Proven expertise in maintaining employee records is essential. Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite is desired.
