Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our company. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support for our comprehensive range of products and services. Through expert diagnosis and deft problem-solving, you’ll help our customers overcome the technical challenges they encounter with our products.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, or live chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products or services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and quality assurance to resolve complex technical problems.
Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
Guide customers through step-by-step instructions, documentation, and training materials.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

A minimum of a year of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
Strong understanding of various technical aspects of product lines.
