  • Guide customers through step-by-step instructions, documentation, and training materials.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • A minimum of a year of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.

  • Strong understanding of various technical aspects of product lines.
