/Job Title: Technical Supervisor

Royce Marketing is currently in search of a proficient Technical Supervisor to direct and oversee our dedicated technical team. The ideal candidate will provide both guidance and support, ensuring the successful execution of projects, contributing technical expertise, and taking the helm in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. The Technical Supervisor plays a crucial role by aligning their skills and knowledge to foster a productive, high-performing technical team.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Technical Supervisor, your primary duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading and overseeing the work of the technical team.

  • Ensuring successful execution of projects and meeting of targets.

  • Providing guidance, support, and instructions to the team necessary for the performance of tasks.

  • Providing technical expertise to team members, and troubleshooting ingrained issues.

  • Developing strategic plans, setting aims and objectives, and determining efficient project execution and resource allocation.

  • Communicating with clients, team members, and senior management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

  • Proven experience in a technical lead or supervisory position is a must.

  • Strong communication, managerial, and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrable expertise across a broad spectrum of IT areas.

  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with project management software.

Necessary Experience

Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ experience in a technical supervisor or similar managerial role, with a core focus on directing and managing technical teams, troubleshooting, and executing projects effectively.

Additional Requirements

Any certifications that align with the required skills for this role such as PMP, ITIL, etc. will be an added advantage.
