The successful candidate will provide vital support in resolving technical issues, harnessing methods such as remote support, phone assistance, and email communication. You will also execute critical record-keeping by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical information.

Assist in the resolution of technical glitches through remote support, email, and phone assistance.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all relevant technical information.
Effectively communicate with team members to find rapid and solid solutions.
Potential candidates should have a passion for problem-solving, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail. As well as:
A degree in IT or a related field.
Proficient in providing remote support and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge and understanding of computers and networks.
Ability to explain complex technical issues thoroughly.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Must be able to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
