Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide support and guidance to users who have technical issues with a product, service, or system

Walk the user through the problem-solving process

Ensure that the technical issue is resolved in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain record of the user's technical issues and the solutions provided

Follow up with users to ensure the issue has been resolved
