Responsibilities and Duties

  • Providing expert advice and assistance to clients to help with the implementation and optimization of technical systems and solutions.

  • Enhancing system functionality, performing system check-ups and upgrades.

  • Working collaboratively with other team members and clients to achieve business goals.

  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • A Master's degree would be a strong plus

  • Relevant certifications in IT consulting or project management will also be highly advantageous.

Skills and Competencies

  • Should have impeccable problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail

  • Adept at multitasking, project management, and navigating complex technical systems

  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is also essential.

Experience

  • Should have at least 5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of successful technical project implementation.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role and a deep understanding of multiple technical platforms will be beneficial.

Additional Requirements

  • Some on-site client visits may be necessary, so a clean driving license may be required.

  • Flexibility for occasional domestic or international travel is a plus.

  • A strong understanding of the marketplace and competitors’ offerings to provide better solutions is also required.
