• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or relevant position

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Technical Facility Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Overseeing and agreeing on contracts and service level agreements for services including security, parking, cleaning, etc.

• Ensuring facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations

• Planning for future developments and overseeing any renovations or installations
