Formal Complaint Letter

Carmel Ryan
Customer Service Manager
DynaFive
Dear Ms. Ryan,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with DynaFive regarding a faulty product I purchased. The purpose of this letter is to bring to your attention the issues I encountered and to seek a prompt resolution.
I am disappointed to report that on July 15, 2051, I purchased a DynaSmart Speaker from your store, but the product did not meet my expectations. Specifically, the smart speaker fails to connect to Wi-Fi and has a persistent crackling noise when playing audio, which significantly impacts its usability.
On July 15, 2051, I purchased the DynaSmart Speaker from your Springfield store. Upon setting up the device at home, I followed all the provided instructions, but the speaker was unable to connect to my Wi-Fi network. Additionally, when it did manage to connect, it emitted a constant crackling sound, which rendered it unusable for its intended purpose.
I emailed customer support on July 20, 2051, and spoke with Benjamin Hopskin, but the issues with the smart speaker persist despite following her instructions. I was advised to return the product but haven't received return instructions. Please replace the product or issue a full refund. Message me at [YOUR EMAIL] to confirm and discuss.
Sincerely,
[YOUR NAME]
