Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in fund accounting principles and regulations.
Outstanding skills in financial analysis and reporting.
Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, to adapt quickly, and to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the fund accounting for a portfolio of clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with audit and taxation authorities.
Review and approve fund accounting entries and reconciliations.
Prepare and submit reports on fund expenses.
Maintain detailed records for audit purposes.
Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience in fund accounting.
Experience with the nonprofit sector, government agencies, or investment funds will be an advantage.
