Job Title: Engagement Officer

Kingston Construction is seeking an Engagement Officer to facilitate fruitful communication and foster collaboration to turbo-charge engagement and underpin our organizational objectives. The ideal candidate is adept at organizing and coordinating events that engage a myriad of stakeholders, as well as capable of developing robust communication strategies to boost engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Facilitate open and interactive communication, stimulating engagement

  • Develop and implement engagement-promoting communication strategies

  • Organize and coordinate events to engage diverse stakes

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

  • Use performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related fields

  • Proven experience as an Engagement Officer or similar role in Public Relations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Adept at event organizing and coordination

  • Familiarity with performance metrics and tracking systems

  • Ability to develop engaging communication strategies

  • Professional attitude and strong ethical code
