During this period, we encountered several issues that I believe require your immediate attention:

  1. Quality of Care: Despite being admitted for pneumonia, Mr. Orn did not receive timely medication and treatment. For instance, on August 3, the prescribed antibiotics were delayed by over six hours, which adversely affected his recovery process.

  2. Staff Behavior: Additionally, I was concerned about the conduct of some staff members. On August 5, a nurse was dismissive when I raised concerns about my father’s increasing pain levels. This lack of empathy is distressing for both patients and their families.

  3. Facility Conditions: The cleanliness of the patient room was also below acceptable standards. On multiple occasions, we observed dirty linens and unemptied trash bins, which added to our discomfort during his stay.

These issues not only contributed to a distressing experience for my family but also raised concerns about the safety and well-being of patients at your facility.
