Responsibilities and Duties:

Process booking requests received via various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and online forms.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations and bookings.

Verify availability and schedule appointments, services, and facilities accordingly.

Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, changes, and cancellations promptly and professionally.

Address and resolve any booking-related issues to ensure client satisfaction.

Cooperate with other team members to provide seamless booking experience for clients.

Effectively communicate with clients to confirm, modify, or cancel bookings as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
