Job Title: Chief Administrative Officer
Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned and meticulous Chief Administrative Officer at GreenGro Farms. You will play a lead role in overseeing administrative functions, guiding strategic planning, and spearheading leadership initiatives. The Chief Administrative Officer will partner with other senior leadership and the CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic vision. An effective collaborator, you will enable growth and sustainability through administrative and operational strategies.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Directly collaborate with the CEO and other top executives to develop and execute the company's strategic plan. Oversee daily operations across departments including HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and IT. Work in close tandem with the CFO to manage finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manage HR strategies, policies, compensation brackets, benefits, performance management, and employee relations to attract, retain, and nurture top talent.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Chief Administrative Officer or a similar senior-level role.
Excellent financial acumen, including budget management and financial forecasting.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA or doctoral degree is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
A thorough understanding of financial regulations. Deep knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices is desirable.
