Job Title: Cost and Management Accountant
The Maxor Hotel is currently seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Cost and Management Accountant. This role entails collaborating closely with management to develop and implement cost management initiatives. You will take a crucial role, in preparing comprehensive financial reports, including but not limited to management accounts and cost reports.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Our ideal candidate should possess the following:

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.

Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is a plus.

Excellent skills in preparing comprehensive financial reports.

Ability to develop, implement, and oversee cost management initiatives.

Proven experience collaborating with management on financial strategies.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Cost and Management Accountant will:

Collaborate closely with management to develop cost management initiatives.

Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, management accounts, and cost reports.

Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for future needs.

Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance with accepted accounting principles.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a management accounting position or similar.
Additional Requirements
Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and keen attention to detail are vital for this role. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
