Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Embrace responsibility for compliance with national and industry accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide financial guidance and make recommendations to enhance strategic initiatives.
- Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate financial understanding and decision-making.
- Manage internal and external financial audits.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar field.
- Proven experience as a financial executive or relevant role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and risk management tools.
- Analytic mind with strategic abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Additional Requirements
- CPA or other accounting certification is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel as needed for the role.
