I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a product I have purchased from your company. The product that I received was not at the expected standard. Despite correct usage and careful handling, the product became faulty after a few days. This experience has been highly inconvenient and disappointing.
I suggest that a proper and timely investigation into this matter should be conducted. I expect to either be offered a replacement for the faulty product or be given a full refund. Your attention to this issue will be thus appreciated.
