DayneTech is searching for an experienced Finance Controller to lead our financial team. In this role, you will be at the helm of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in all our accounting processes, driving strategic financial decisions, and conducting keen financial analysis on trends, variances, and KPIs.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar.
Previous experience as a Finance Controller or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of data analysis and budget forecasting.
Understanding of Law and Regulations in Finance and Accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office and finance software.
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
Develop and monitor budgets, guiding strategic financial decision-making.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, evaluating trends, variances, and Key Performance Indicators.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
