Dear Mr. Sullivan,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your airline on my recent trip. The flight, which was scheduled to depart on time, was delayed for several hours without any clear explanation or information update from your staff. This unfortunate event not only caused inevitable inconvenience, but also led to a missed business meeting which could have been avoided with timely communication.
The lack of information and assistance during the delay was absolutely unacceptable. Given the circumstances, it would have been beneficial if your staff had ensured proper communication and had arranged for alternative flights, if possible, for those of us who had time-sensitive engagements. I would like to draw your attention towards the inconvenience caused and request that you look into the matter with the urgency it requires.
I hope that you will take necessary steps to address this matter and ensure that such errors don’t repeat in the future. Your immediate attention and action on this matter will be highly appreciated.
