Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Finance Director Assistant, you will be entrusted with the following activities:

Assist in the formulation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Retain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.

Distribute financial reports to management and stakeholders as required.

Partner with the Finance Director in the creation and observation of budgets

Aid in the prediction of financial forecasts and analysis of the variance

Keep track of budget performance and provide frequent updates to the Finance Director.

Carefully analyse financial data to support decisions making.

Spot trends, quirks, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue increment

Assist in constructing financial models for different scenarios.
