Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Finance Director Assistant, you will be entrusted with the following activities:

• Assist in the formulation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

• Retain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.

• Distribute financial reports to management and stakeholders as required.

• Partner with the Finance Director in the creation and observation of budgets

• Aid in the prediction of financial forecasts and analysis of the variance

• Keep track of budget performance and provide frequent updates to the Finance Director.

• Carefully analyse financial data to support decisions making.

• Spot trends, quirks, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue increment

• Assist in constructing financial models for different scenarios.
