Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

  • Ensure accurate coding and classification of financial transactions and reconciling bank statements and other financial documents.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements - income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Assist in devising monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and create, as per requirement, financial reports for management and stakeholders.

  • Provide assistance in the budgeting and forecasting process, monitor budget variances, and provide explanations for discrepancies.

  • Assist in the creation of financial projections and scenarios.

Qualifications and Skills:

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in financial operations. Strong numerical proficiency, attention to detail, and an aptitude for data analysis are key attributes. Knowledge of financial software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. A professional accounting certification, such as a CPA or CMA, is preferred but is not a must.
