Job Title: HR Operations Officer

We are looking for an accomplished HR Operations Officer. This role will be key in managing the end-to-end process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and training. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the HR system supports HR processes such as payroll, benefits administration, and performance management. In addition, they should ensure HR processes align with company policies and legal regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties

The HR Operations Officer will have a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Smoothly managing the end-to-end process of bringing new employees into the organization.

  • Overseeing employee orientation, paperwork, and training processes.

  • Ensuring HR systems are up-to-date and supporting HR processes like payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.

  • Making sure all HR processes are in line with the set company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Operations Officer or similar HR role.

  • Excellent understanding of HR processes and legal regulations.

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to handle data with confidentiality.

  • BS/BA in human resources, business administration, or any relevant field; MS/MA in human resources will be a plus.
