The role encompasses leading our operations team, and providing unwavering guidance and support while overseeing all daily operational activities, which include task assignment, workload distribution, and scheduling. The potential candidate will also play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for enhancing our operational efficiency.
As an Operations Assistant Manager, you will need:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exemplary organizational skills with attention to detail.
As an Operations Assistant Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
Supervising and leading the operations staff
Provide constant guidance, support, and direction to the team
Oversee all day-to-day operational activities, including task assignment, workload distribution, and scheduling
