The Operations Back Office will:
Support the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficient processes and solutions.
Work closely with various teams to understand their needs, troubleshooting where necessary.
Monitor operational procedures and systems, making recommendations for improvements where seen.
Handle administrative tasks, such as report generation, data management, and coordinating with other departments.
The ideal candidate possesses the following:
