Responsibilities and Duties
In your role as a Medical Coder, your main responsibilities will include:

Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of coded data

Communicating effectively regularly with healthcare professionals to ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical records
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will:

Possess a strong foundation in ICD-10CM and CPT coding

Hold a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification or are willing to obtain one

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Necessary Experience
The candidate should have at least two years of experience in medical coding or a related field.
Additional Requirements
Knowledge of the healthcare system and medical terminologies is a plus.
