At Royce Retail, we are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Compliance Officer is fundamental to our commitment to operating ethically and legally. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure that our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. This role involves developing and implementing compliance policies, conducting regular audits, and identifying areas of non-compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

A successful candidate for this position should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field. A Master's degree or equivalent certifications in Compliance, Ethics, or Risk Management would be desirable.

The individual must have excellent knowledge of regulatory laws, best practices in compliance, and industry trends. They should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of integrity and professional ethics.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Compliance Officer role, ideally within a retail organization, is required. Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and conducting internal investigations is a must.

Responsibilities and Duties

This position includes the application and oversight of all compliance programs across the organization. Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Ensuring the company complies with all laws, regulations, and policies.

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal compliance procedures.

  • Regularly undertaking internal audits to assess areas of non-compliance.

Additional Requirements

Travel to store locations for audits will be required. This role also requires flexible hours during peak seasonal periods.
