SilverStar Financial Services is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Clerk. The successful candidate will be adept at data input, filing and documentation management, and professional communication. Responsibilities and Duties:
Accurately input and manage data, records, and information into digital databases or paper files as needed.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, documents, and records for easy retrieval and reference.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Greet and assist visitors professionally and courteously.
Draft, format, and proofread various business documents, including memos, letters, reports, and forms.
Coordinate and manage staff member appointment calendars, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Required Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in using office software including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
