Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Accurately input and manage data, records, and information into digital databases or paper files as needed.

  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, documents, and records for easy retrieval and reference.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate personnel.

  • Greet and assist visitors professionally and courteously.

  • Draft, format, and proofread various business documents, including memos, letters, reports, and forms.

  • Coordinate and manage staff member appointment calendars, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proficiency in using office software including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Preferably, a High School diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an Administrative Clerk role or similar.

  • Experience with office equipment, like printers and fax machines.

  • Knowledge of office procedures.
