Job Title: IT Analyst
At Royce Retail, we are looking to recruit an IT Analyst. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual interested in making significant business impacts by analyzing business requirements and processes and translating them into effective IT solutions. The IT Analyst will also investigate and resolve a variety of IT issues, including those related to software and hardware, and provide technical support to end-users, assisting in problem resolution.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and skills:

A degree in IT or a relevant field

Prior experience in handling IT-related responsibilities

Exceptional problem-solving abilities when dealing with software and hardware problems

Responsibilities and Duties
The IT Analyst will be tasked to:

Analyze business requirements and processes

Design, test, and implement effective IT solutions

Take ownership of software and hardware issues, investigating and resolving the same

Provide technical support to end-users

Assist in problem resolution across the organization
Experience
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. What we value most is the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of technical issues and to provide effective solutions.
