Responsibilities and Duties

As an IT Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and realize opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our array of IT products and services. Acting as a liaison between our clients and internal teams will be an essential part of your day-to-day role. Continuous collaboration with clients to understand their fast-emerging technology requirements and ensure our offerings align with their expectations will be a key duty. Contribute to account management strategies and work closely with internal departments to ensure account growth and customer satisfaction.

Necessary Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a successful track record in IT account management. An understanding of the IT industry, market trends, competitor activities, and client base is necessary to excel in this role.

Additional Requirements

Professional IT certifications and a technical degree would be advantageous. Must be a team player who is also comfortable working independently. Strong negotiation skills and business acumen would also be beneficial.
