Searching for an Administrative Business Partner who will provide high-level administrative support to the executives, managers, or teams within our organization. Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree related to Business Administration or Management

  • Must possess professional qualifications specifically related to managing administrative tasks, presentations, documentation, messaging, and correspondences.

Skills and Competencies

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, display initiative, achieve deadlines, work with minimal supervision, and perform multiple tasks at once. Skills in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM applications are necessary.

Experience

At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in an executive assistant role, project management role, or similar position. A proven track record in managing complex calendars, planning and organizing events, preparing and editing documents, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders is key.

Additional Requirements

Adept communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational and planning capabilities. Candidates must show a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
