Qualifications and Skills

Responsibilities and Duties
Your main assignments as a Computer Technician will include:

Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone.

Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.

Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.

Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
Experience
As a suitable candidate, you should possess 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control is also necessary. Specifically, a proven understanding of dealing with various tech brands and a firm grasp of computer security protocols will be advantageous.
Additional Requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to teach non-technical users how to operate equipment and software are essential in this role.
