Job Title: Front Desk Customer Service

Maxor Hotel is currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and personable individual to fill the role of Front Desk Customer Service. As our first point of contact, you will greet and assist guests, manage inquiries, and requests, and relay information, setting a positive and welcoming first impression.

Responsibilities and Duties

The core duties and responsibilities of the Front Desk Customer Service include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and assisting guests, clients, or visitors at the front desk

  • Answering and directing incoming calls

  • Taking messages or providing information as needed

  • Managing inquiries and requests efficiently

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants for the role should ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, government, and/or luxury hotel setting

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in using office software

Additional Requirements

Being at the forefront of guest interaction, the right candidate must have a friendly and engaging personality. Willingness to serve and a neat appearance also play key roles in this position.
