We are on the hunt for a highly dependable, service-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Gas Station Customer Service. This role brings you in direct contact with our patrons, providing assistance and valued support at one of our busy gas stations.
Ensuring that customers receive assistance promptly with fuel dispensing, payments, and general inquiries
Guiding a customer on how to use the pump, taking care of point-of-sale transactions, or answering questions about our various services and merchandise
Providing prompt and courteous customer service
Operating cash register and handling cash transactions with customers
Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the station
Attending to customer complaints and queries promptly
The ideal candidate should:
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be adept in handling money, making change, and using point-of-sale systems
Display a professional demeanor and appearance
Be physically fit to meet the demands of the job, including standing for long hours and lifting merchandise
Be adaptable to work on weekends and holidays
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is desired but willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence.
