Promissory Note for Housing Loan
This Promissory Note ("Note") is made and entered into this 7th day of January, 2050, by and between Ethan Harris, residing in Los Angeles, California, hereinafter referred to as the "Maker," and the party whomsoever this note is legally transferred, hereinafter referred to as the "Payee."
1. Principal Sum:
The Maker, Ethan Harris, promises to pay to the Payee, or order, at Los Angeles, California, the principal sum of three thousand dollars ($3,000), representing the remaining car balance as of July 27, 1999.
2. Repayment Terms:
The Maker agrees to repay the aforementioned principal sum in full, with or without interest, as described in an attached payment schedule mutually agreed upon by both the Maker and the Payee.
3. Interest Rates:
Unless specified separately, this Note does not accrue interest.
4. Late Payment:
If any payment obligation under this Note is not paid when due, the Maker agrees to pay an additional late penalty charge as specified in the agreement.
5. Conditions:
This Promissory Note for Housing Loan shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute related to this Note shall undergo arbitration in Los Angeles, California.
The Maker has executed this Promissory Note as of the date first above written.
