Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop and clearly express an educational vision that aligns with the institute's goals and values.
Lead, motivate and inspire a team of educators, administrators, and support staff to ensure educational excellence.
Oversee the design, development, and execution of educational curricula targeted at the institute's demographic.
Ensure curricula alignment with educational standards and best practices.
Continually assess and update curricula to mirror current trends and progressions in education.
Promote innovative teaching methods and pedagogical strategies across the institute.
Offer professional development opportunities to educators to strengthen their instructional skills.
