Job Title: Preschool Director
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the position of Preschool Director. The essential function of this role is to lead our early childhood team by providing an enriching, safe, and nurturing environment for our preschoolers. This individual will be skilled in early childhood education planning, staff leadership, direct child care, and managing daily preschool operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Administer day-to-day operations of the preschool.

Oversee curriculum planning and implementation.

Manage staff and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.

Establish clear communication with parents, staff, and children.

Handle a budget and ensure fiscal responsibility.

Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children and staff.
Qualifications and Skills:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role at a preschool or childcare center.

First Aid and CPR certified.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.

Firm understanding of early childhood development and preschool educational methods.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Requirements:

Must successfully pass a criminal background check.

Knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations for preschool facilities.
