Job Title: Training and Quality Manager
We are currently seeking a proactive, experienced Training and Quality Manager to lead, enhance and drive our training and quality programs at EcoRide Electric. The ideal candidate will have a knack for developing innovative training programs and the ability to maintain the highest quality standards that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Development and evaluation of training programs that meet business needs.

Lead quality assurance team to ensure optimal performance.

Monitor processes and pinpointing areas for improvement in training and quality.

Ensure adherence to regulatory standard and best practice guidelines.

Present and communicate the value of training and quality works in improving staff motivation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role.

Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrable knowledge of quality and training best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively towards common project goals.
Necessary Experience:
An ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in training, quality management or in a related field.
Additional Requirements:
