At Ancello Solutions, we're seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to plan, organize, and implement effective training programs, workshops, and events, aimed at addressing the development needs of our employees. This role not only involves ensuring the success of our training events, but also necessitates thoughtful and effective communication with participants before, during, and after each training event.
• Planning, developing, and executing comprehensive training programs and workshops
• Ensuring that training events meet the specific developmental objectives of participants
• Communicating, tracking, and addressing employee feedback regarding training events
• Regularly evaluating the success of training initiatives and making improvements as needed.
• Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of various training methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.
