Job Title: Automation Engineer
CloudGuard Innovations invites applications for the position of Automation Engineer. This role is pivotal to our mission of achieving operational excellence through automation. The individual will lead in the design, development, and maintenance of automated solutions. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Automation Engineer will drive our automation strategy, bringing their expertise in process analysis, designing automated solutions, testing and validating, and integrating these solutions into our current systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop, execute and oversee an automation strategy aimed at optimizing processes.

Collaborate with various departmental teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.

Design, develop, maintaining automated solutions including scripts, workflows, and robotic process automation (RPA) systems.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of automation solutions, ensuring accuracy, reliability and compliance with requirements.

Integrate automation solutions with existing systems, databases, and software applications.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.

Proficient in coding languages like Python, Java, C++.

Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.

Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Automation Engineer role.

Prior experience in developing and implementing automation solutions.
Additional Requirements:

Experience in workflow design would be desirable.

Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Asana.
