Abstract
The purpose of this concept note is to layout a clear and concise research plan on the PhD program in English Language Studies. This document highlights the significant elements and steps towards effective research, as well as the key factors that will guide this study.
Problem Statement
The English language, although universally accepted, still poses many complications and challenges in a number of ways. It is for this reason that a comprehensive exploration will be conducted through this PhD research plan.
Research Objectives
The prime objective of this research is to deepen the understanding of English language studies and initiate scholarly debates on arising issues. By bringing an in-depth knowledge about these issues, the research attempts to improve the standard of English Language Studies and work towards solutions.
Research Questions
This research study intends to answer the following questions: What are the major indicators of effective English language studies? What are the challenges encountered during English language studies, and how can they be addressed?
Methodology
The research relies heavily on both primary and secondary data, where relative theories and literature are to be critically analyzed. Interviews, surveys, and observation will be the main methods employed to gather primary data.
Expected Outcomes
This PhD research plan on English Language Studies is expected to deliver detailed viewpoints and generate knowledge on the subject matter. The research findings will fill gaps in existing literature and propose ways to advance the English language study scope.
