Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
The Construction Foreman position requires the following qualifications and skills:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on supervisory roles.
Competency in directing and managing construction projects.
Thorough knowledge and expertise in resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively relay project goals, expectations, and timelines to construction crews.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The key responsibilities of the Construction Foreman are as follows:
Direct and manage the on-site construction activities daily.
Efficiently allocate resources including labor, materials, and equipment.
Maintain routine communication of project goals, expectations, and timelines to the construction crews.
Ensure the safety and efficiency of all operations on the job site.
Additional Requirements:
Along with the above competencies, we also require:
Valid construction safety certificate.
Ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions.
Able to physically work on site. This role is not remote.
