A pivotal role in our organization, the Training Assistant is responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various training programs within the organization. This person will work closely with all levels of staff to ensure effective training that supports both individual growth and the overall success of the organization.
Should hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
This role includes a number of duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Assisting with the organization's training programs
Coordinating logistics for training sessions
Maintaining and updating training records
Working closely with the HR team to identify training needs
Collaborating with department managers to keep abreast of new standards and objectives
