Job Title: Training Analyst

As a Training Analyst, you'll be ingrained in the refinement and enhancement of our organization's training procedures and modules. Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyze current training processes and programs, identifying areas for improvement

• Develop and execute strategies for streamlining and improving training programs

• Work closely with the team to ensure training materials and content are current and effective

• Conduct regular evaluations of the training program’s effectiveness

• Advise on the implementation of new training methods

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proven track record in designing successful training programs

• Strong analytical skills

• Attention to detail

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field

• Minimum three years of experience as a Training Analyst

• Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
